From overwhelmed to one golden task
By DOOD Team
When everything is a priority, nothing is. The fastest way out of overwhelm is to shrink the day.
The one-task rule
Ask: if I only finished one thing today, what would make it a win? That's your golden task.
Everything else is optional
Other tasks still exist — they're just not load-bearing. Finishing the golden task means the day already worked.
Build the streak
String golden tasks together and you get a streak — proof that you're becoming the kind of person who follows through.
